What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, cheque, e-transfer, Visa and MasterCard are all accepted.
Debit not accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?*
Please note you are required to kindly give 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change an appointment. Any cancellation prior to 24 hours notice will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge for the full fee amount of your scheduled massage, which will be required to be paid prior to a subsequent booking. Please understand this is necessary to run the practice in a stable manner.

*Due to present circumstances, cancellations within 24 hours will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are ill or have any symptoms of COVID-19 please contact me as soon as possible to cancel your appointment.

Can I claim this massage?
Yes, if you have an insurance plan which covers massage therapy, Brenna will provide you with a receipt with all the necessary information after your treatment is complete.
Do you direct bill insurance companies?
Not at this time.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to book an appointment. If you have a physician’s referral you may need to keep this for your own insurance purposes.
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive at my home, please park either in front of the house or in the driveway.
Please wait in your vehicle. Upon your arrival, and I will let you know when it is safe to enter after any previous clients have left.
Please enter through the front door, and observe caution upon entry in winter conditions. We salt and shovel regularly but if you require assistance to enter please let me know.

What about parking?
When you arrive at my home, please park either in front of the house or in the driveway.

How much clothing should I remove?
Feel free to undress to your level of comfort. If you’d prefer to leave on undergarments, be our guest! If you feel more comfortable in the nude, you may undress completely and position your body under the sheet. Registered Massage Therapists are trained to properly drape your body to protect your modesty and theirs.
What if I am in pain and cannot get in right away?
Please feel free to call or email with your request to go on a cancellation list, and Brenna will do her best to accommodate you as soon as possible.
